ULDB Lab

Established in 2019

The Deep Frozen Semen Production Centre (DFSPC) Rishikesh under the Uttarakhand Livestock Development Board (ULDB) was established in 1984 under the state of Uttar Pradesh and the conventional semen processing lab was established with assistance from NDDB in 1998.

ST India has started its cooperation with ULDB and established sperm sex sorting laboratory under the Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM) and started its operation in March 2019.

At the ULDB lab, ST produces superior quality Sex Sorted Semen from different breeds of cattle such as Gir, Sahiwal, Red Sindhi, Haryana, Badri, HF, Jersey and their cross breeds and Murrah buffaloes.
